Candlelighters of Fort Worth thanks Manager Vicki Thompson and the entire staff of Starbucks of 211 N. Main St., Euless, Texas for their generous weekly donation of coffee. The coffee is taken to the H/O floor of Cook Children's Medical Center for Monday Morning Coffee with our family care coordinator. It is a time for the families to visit with each other and our family care coordinator over a hot cup of great coffee. It is hard to find people that can understand the time of great anxiety and fear that these families live in, and to visit with each other and the family care coordinator provides a time of support that is very much needed. Thanks to everyone at Starbucks for giving that something extra that helps make the connection with each other that is so needed and so special.
